Brake questions

Alright, I have a 91 hatchback DX. Just finished the zc swap and now my front brakes are starting to squeek (more of a scraping nasty sound). What would be the best method to upgrade my brakes for better stopping power, but on a budget (keeping quality in mind).

I got drums in the back right now and dont have the money right now to do a disc conversion. Would my best bet be to put some nice pads/rotors on the front, leaving the back stock until I get some more $.

you could replace your front brakes with integra brakes. hap recycling does the crossover. a place called fastbrakes.com also sells the kit. i believe the rotors are about 2 inches bigger than the civic ones.
